I'm looking for a new SILENT Case.

For three years I've heard the constant roar of my computer and now I'm finally going to do something about it. I want to hear some suggestions from you guys. Here are a few specifics that I'm looking for in a new case.

-Motherboard Tray
-Good, but near silent cooling
-Preferably 12cm fans
-Please no included PSU
-I don't care if it is screwless or not
-Light but sturdy design
-I'm not looking for something huge (2 optical drives, 2 hard drives)
-I do need room between my PCIe graphics card and hard drives how ever so a side loading hard drive cage would be nice. (My 7900GT is huge)
-Preferably no side window
-Looking for a sleek industrial exterior. No bells and whistles.
-I'd like to find something under $100 shipped if possible.

My motherboard is ASUS A8N-E
so that has to fit in there with everything else and I'll be set.

Oh yeah, what do you guys recommend I use to replace the cooling fan that is on my motherboard's chipset? I think it's dying because it sounds like a coffee grinder and it's driving me crazy.

I use an Evercool VC-RE on my DFI's chipset, Lapped it too http://www.svc.com/vc-re.html

If your thinking about a new PSU, Check out the new Corsair HX models, some top notch hardware!
I own a HX 520w it's the Quietest PSU I've ever used, I hear the 620w is just as Quiet

I'm not ready for a new PSU yet. I'll have to wait for my Thermaltake to die first, but I'll keep the Corsair models in mind.
