I'm Lost with posting with hijack

    I have a computer that is jacked up real bad. No access to network connections and all admin locked out. I managed to get hijackthis installed and ran a report. Now I just need to know where to go.

    As soon as I went back to normal start up in msconfig, I lost ability to do almost anything. Once I click start>my computer--It just hangs. My desktop just shows a blue background w/ a warning:spyware...

    I would do that, but windows installer is inaccessible. I am running what I can. At this point, I got rid of the desktop "warning" message, but I still can't access much.
