Im new and need your help guys!

Hello there people...

My name is Dani (obviously..der Dani)

My msn has been messing up for a while now..at first it wouldnt let me change my password..now thats sorted,that was last year btw ..and now when my msn is running..it wont let others get the files i send ..when they are transfering they stop when almost complete...also i dont receive their replies too,they think im being ignorant and im not,instead im sat there twiddling my thumbs rolleyes waiting for a reply..sometimes i do get responses...now its bugging me,,,ive uninstalled msn and reinstalled it with a diff version..but it still the same


help please
Now i dont know what to do because im not the brightest of bulbs..lol

what problems are you having?

give as much info as you can like OS and such..

 

well the imformation ive given is all of it really tbh,i dony know what to do

He means we need some details if possible. Type of Computer, what form of windows (XP, 2000, ME, 98..), what type of internet connection (Dial Up, Wireless, etc.), maybe the type of internet browser you use (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Safari).
