im not sure?

    I have a BIG problem. my Gateway laptop running vista premium is toast..
    I can not do anyhting in normal mode.. i.e. networks, control panel or whatnot,

    I can operate in safe mode. and i have done scans i have set it back to the fartherest restore date i have and NOTHING.... Im stuck... I was on phone with microsoft for 7 hours yesterday... hmmm and i have no disk PLEASE HELP!!!!!! You can even call me.... I work 48 hours on and 24 off. so this is my life support to my kids.... !!!
