Image issues

    Thank you in advance to whoever responds to this first.Tha problem is my system is unable to download images..(including pictures and e.g the Google emblem on the website)I have run all the basic tests and made sure all the relevant boxes are checked.Used AVG anit virus and Ad adware with no success.Loaded a system restore and disc cleanup and defragment and still the problem remains. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Has this always been the case since this system was installed? (You mention system restore so I'm guessing it wasn't always the case.)

    What version of Windows are you running and do you have any Office software installed. If so, what?
