In Need of VB6 HELP!

HI guys,
well i've got this prob.
im working on this program, a questionnaire where the users input will be held in an access database.
(VB linking with access using an Ado control). So my questionnaire is mostly made up of option buttons (this is VB6), and some text boxes.
i have no problem linkinkg a certain text box with a field in the DB but, the problem is with linking an option button to a particular field in the DB.
a person has per question a choice of 5 options so i want thant particular choice to be input for a particular field in my access DB.
