Usually blocking an email in the client (receiver) just sends it to to a junk or trash folder. If you are sending emails to someone you suspect blocked you, the emails will be in your sent folder as normal, unless your mail has some rule setup not to keep them.
Are you asking for a program to get by being blocked?

I'll take nope for $1000 Alex.. or to quote those old ladies "that not how this works, that's not how any of this works." No one can erase emails they have sent you - the server may have retention rules or something like that, but the sender has no control of the mail. Are you using POP or IMAP with a client or webmail?

i checked on webmail and the mail thing provided on windows 10

Wrong. The sender can delete emails that he/she has sent but you can keep the emails from any sender in your storage for decades.
Of course if you download the email to your computer then delete it, it is gone. (I keep emails on the email provider's server so emails from decades ago are still intact. example: sites I joined 10 years ago with login details are still in folders.)

    Wrong.

If I sent you an email, a copy goes to my 'Sent' folder. You get my email in your Inbox (or in your 'Spam' folder if you have blocked me earlier). It's up to me to clear my 'Sent' folder (or not). And it's up to you to do what you wish with the email you received from me. If it's in your 'Spam' folder, your email app may have automated retention/deletion rules. I have NO WAY of doing anything at all to any of your email folders.
