While I love Adobe Acrobat, its not as customisable as it should really be and many users/customers that you will want to direct these calendars to, in order for them to be able to add their own items to a PDF they will need to have the full version of Acrobat PRO as the free version of Adcrobat Viewer doesnt allow electronic editing, this spftware is also not cheap, yes there are free versions of PDF editors but many users will not wish or have the time to get involved with learning how to use these free alternatives.

So my suggestion as its a pretty universal software program and allows editing of documents easily is to create them in either Microsoft Word, Powerpoint or Publisher ( a free option to this is Open Office, utilises same file formats to MS Office, but is free so you could easily mentio this to customers who do not have MS Office )
