Gang, while reformatting my brother's Win 98 2E rig, I accidently created an extra one gig partition (drive D). Is there some way to get rid of it and add the space back to drive c without reformatting? Can it be done from the windows enviroment or do I have to do it via DOS? How do I do it? Thanks all. OBTW, the OS is on drice C, the big one. Nothing is on drive D.

Try using QTParted on the Knoppix Live CD to delete the extra partition and then resize the primary partition; or Ranish Partion Manager from DOS

I'm not all that fond of the Ranish interface but it will get the job done.

Thanks everyone. I checked out Ranish and it's a bit too complicated for me. I'll go the Partition Magic route. Thanks all.
