InCD not working

    I have a PC running XP Home SP2. It had Nero Express V.6 pre-installed. InCD has never worked. Task manager shows that InCDsvr.exe is running, but there is no InCD icon in the notification area and nothing happens when I insert a RW disc. Burning non-RW discs (CD and DVD) all work fine.

    If I double click on InCD.exe in Windows Explorer it tells me my serial number is invalid.

    Can anyone suggest a solution?

    Uninstall and re-install it.
