incompatible grapjics driver. and blu-ray

hi guys,

i brought an ACER ASPIRE 6530 laptop yesterday. all good apart from one annoying problem. it has a blu-ray disc drive so i wanted to try it out on my tv. i plug in an HDMi cable to laptop and tv, all good, picture transferred to tv. insert blu-ray disc and i get a message saying incompatible graphics driver. i insert a normal dvd and it plays. blu-ray plays fine on laptop itself tho. conatcted tech support from where i purchased it and they had me update the driver for graphics card. still no joy. any opinions or helpful advice would be very much appreciated.

ATI radeon HD 3650 graphics card

and running vista home premium 32-bit
