Incomprehensible Error Message

I intermittently receive what may be an error message or a pop-up, I'm not not sure what it strictly is. As can be seen from the error message/pop-up there are several buttons to press and an 'X' in the top right-hand corner to close it. Pressing any of those buttons or the X, however, results in nothing happening. If I click anywhere else on the desktop with the mouse the message closes down.

As can be seen from the message it does not tell you to which application or programme it refers. I have tried opening Task Manager to see if that would list what it was. That, unfortunately, does not help me. In Windows 10, as far as I can see, Task Manager no longer lists the few open applications on your desktop but lists a large number of things, most with meaningless names. It has taken me a while to capture an image, because as soon as anything is done on the computer the message disappears.

Despite the message being there nothing I am currently working with stops working. When the message closes no applications close with it. Quite simply the message pops up and then goes. I should also point out it does not appear other than directly on the desktop. I shall try to explain what I mean. For example, whilst I am typing this post the message would not appear on the screen, but if I minimised the Window I have open it may be there on the desktop.

As I have no idea what is causing the error message/pop-up to appear, and it does not respond to clicking any button on the error message/pop-up and nothing stops working, stalls, freezes or crashes I hoping someone could identify its source.

I have considered malware but there is no other unusual behaviour on the computer plus I have scanned it with what I have installed on my PC and they all report no issues. The scans were dome with: Comodo Internet Security Premium; Malwarebytes ANTI-MALWARE; SUPERAntiSpyware.

When that pop up appears again, you need to look in Task Manager > Processes > ('show processes for all users' if not using Win10) and try and identify the program.

That's the crux of my problem: I'm not sure how. For example, having a random look now I see "igfxEM Module" or "LMSvc". If they were in Mandarin they would be no less incomprehensible to me.

Perhaps the best thing to do then is post focussed screen shot(s) (using ALT + PrtScr) of all the processes, so that they can be read. If the list is long you'll need more than one screen shot. But before you upload it/them here, look at them on your screen first to make sure they are readable.

NB: For your own knowledge, you can easily research each process with a simple internet search, eg right click on any individual process and in the menu choose 'search online'
