   I'm an "Urban Terror" addict. I run winxp pro, 512 mem, 1.3 ghz, blah blah..and have an ATI 9250 video card with 256 mem.
   
   How do i increase my Frames per Second while playing these games? I usually only get an average of 75 fps, while others seem to get well over 150 or higher.
   
   suggestions???
