Incredi convert to Thunderbird

I have downloaded Incredi Convert van Rauno Palosaari (Mail utilities) to be able to convert my files to Thunderbird. Unfortunately I don't understand the explanation of the program, sorry
The text is as follows:

"This application exports your IncrediMail message-stores to plain .eml-format (plain text) to a subdirectory to your Incredimail MessageStore directory.
After you converted your IncrediMail folders you can drag the .eml files from Explorer and drop them to any OultookExpress folder you want and the files are restored. Most other email-applications should be be able to import .eml messages as well."

Running the program gives me a window titled "Incredimail to EML converter". In the bottom is mentioned "select the files containing the messages you want to convert". I selected them all because I want them all to be converted. But.....how? There is no further automatic action of the program. It is explained how to import in Outlook Express but how can I import these files in Thunderbird?
Hope someone can help me out. Thanks in advance
