I sure would appreciate some input here -- I installed Incredimail. I couldn't find the email addresses of the "sent" mail, and wanted to change a few other little things - - so,I uninstalled it,and reinstalled it --- sheesh -- the same one with all of the same stuff came back.
So I uninstalled it again. Then I went to a store and purchased a CD of it -- WRONG MOVE ! When I went to install it,an error message tells me that there's a "newer" version that I should download from their website. (Are we having fun yet ? I don't think so ! ) So I did it and guess what: I still can't use it,and don't know why.

I am stuck with it,and don't know how to get in touch with those dunder-heads to get some tech help. Sheesh -- it's enough to make your blood pressure go through the roof ! ! !

    Re:Incredimail Fiasco

Thanks so much for the responses -- but I may have not explained my situation well enough: I can do all that you said, but I still have a problem with the fact that I purchased a CD of the IncrediMail program, that I guess is older than the FREE one - - - so,it won't work -- and going to their website to upgrade will still make me pay AGAIN for the upgrade that I've already paid for.

Does anyone have a phone number for IncrediMail ? If not,I guess I just pissed away 30 bucks ! thanks again -- Klassy

I am sorry to hear that

I suggest you go to download.com and read all the bad and good reviews this program has gotten. This program has gotten a lot of bad reviews. I also read horror stories about customer support . Maybe you can get a phone number from one of those reviews.

I also suggest that you uninstall the program completely like xflat suggested and then install the version you bought. A newer version does not always mean a better version. After you install the one that you bought maybe you can update it to the newer version without having to pay for it again. sometimes the software can be upgraded from an older version for free.

I sympathize with you Klassy. Have bought it about a year ago. Had to re-install. Upgraded but license no longer works.
Have emailed them three times over the past two weeks - no response!
    30 bucks out the window.
