Incredimail removal?

    My daughter has been using an email client named "Incredimail" it has been causing her a lot of problems.
    Is there a way to remove it and if so how?

    What version of Windows is she using? Have you looked in Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs (Windows XP) or Control Panel, Programs and Features (Windows Vista or Windows 7)? You should see Incredimail listed there and you should be able to remove it from there. If not, post back and we'll provide further assistance.

    I am having her look in her control panel, will let you know if it's not found. btw she is using window vista home basic
