Hi, I have a computer with XP Pro operating system. This computer is used at my business. We had a secretary using the computer at one point and an IT guy we had working for us at the time fixed it so she wouldn't spend so much time on the net. He installed inet protector and password protected the program. Now neither he nor the secretary work for me anymore and I can't remove the inet protector program as it is password protected. Is there anyway around this problem short of removing the operating system and re-installing it?
