   i recently formatted my hard drive and instead of using the oem compaq windows disc ...i had to use my bros windows its working but i want to get the optimum drivers for every piece of hardware/device..i have an intel motherboard..should i install the latest inf files? please let me know asap...

   Yes always instal Intels chipset driver inf for maximum compatability.
