    is there a 100 percent free program,one that you don't have to upgrade to pro, to edit cd's or mp3 files to be able to transpose keys without changing pitch, and tempo change without changing pitch. and able to burn finish project, to a cd... i've tried wave pads, but they don't have, any of those features...:confused:
