infected AGAIN??! after abnow, and trojans

hello Tim, everyone,
i think i got infection again, i just noticed some black screen appearing on my laptop while i do the work and went to task manager and see many many many .exe*32.....and i was reading some posts here , this must be virus :cry

is this becasue i aske speedy Pc pro to remove me from their service and asked for the money back? also put in complaint over paypal becasue they were not responding....they have my data, since the Pc was clean i really did not do much surfing....becasue am afraid now...i did not surf any suspicious sites and still got that malware

pls help, cant believe it....in 10 years i never had viruses and now cant get rid of them

 

maybe i am panicking, i ran antivirus program and it did not show any viruses...but those .exe*32 i ve never seen before , for known applications they all run now as 32 not 64 bit? ......thats why i get black screen up and disappearing very quickly? is there something i should do about it ? ....many thanks, sorry for bothering

You are describing what the task manager looks like.

Are you talking about a black dos command prompt opening and closing quickly? Could be tasks performed out by Windows Defender or another application. Most likely not harmful.

What actual malware related problems are you having other than what you have described so far?

 

Also I don't think SpeedPro is responsible

 

yes exactly this is what i am talking about...i never noticed that 32 number before and was reading something yesterday about some virus svchost.exe*32 so i thought i got that one
it looks like in the attach, dont know other ways to send pictures
i dont notice any other problems , just that black screen like you said dos command....but i am just very suspicios now the opposite of what i was before

 

hehe, i think i became kind of paranoid now ) , opposite to what i was before when i thought viruses are just like children talk to scare people to buy antivurs programms , good to know! thank you!! and sorry for my remarks but i really dont know anything about computers...
