Infected: not-a-virus:AdWare.Win32.Virtumonde.gen

i have read the threads about it and i might just missed something in the proccesses of trying to fix so i will appriciate if u could help me...
i have norton internet security and it doesnt recognises this adware the norton is scaning everyday and never shown a problem.
i scanned my laptop using kaspersky online and he found Infected: not-a-virus:AdWare.Win32.Virtumonde.gen in windows system 32
i downloaded avery possible software that was writen in the threads as vundofix spydoctor pcdoctor hijackthis etc and erased what have been found.
after that i rescanned and still this virus remained now in different place : C:\Windows\System32\rqrqn.dll.
please help me i dont want to formate my entire laptop...

well i have done all and hopefuly im in my last scan and all will turn up ok... one problem though...
before you replyed i used the vundofix and it had deleted 2 of my dll files and now when i boot my pc i get at start uo an alert about them:
xxyww.dll and yayvu.dll these are still backed up in vundo fix file and they still seem to be infected...at least by what kaspersky says...
