Infected Pc - Dgbhelp.dll Not Found

I have an infected Windows 10 64 bit desktop. It won't launch Firefox or CCleaner - a dialog box saying that dgbhelp.dll was not found pops up. Running sfc scannow found corrupt files but couldn't fix them. mdsched.exe found no errors. When I ran the Windows check on my C: drive (properties > tools > check) it found corrupt files and "fixed" them but I still get the dgbhelp.dll errors for Firefox and CCleaner.

I followed all Read Me directions and scan directions.

I could not launch MalwareBytes. I got a pop up that read: "Runtime error (at 434:375): Could not call proc." When I launched both RogueKiller and MGTools I got the same dgbhelp.dll popups but I clicked OK on them and RK and MGTools ran anyway. I attach ADW, Hitman, RK and MGT logs. I don't have a MalwareBytes log to attach because it would not launch. I'd be grateful for help.

Have roguekiller remove what it found. Reboot and then uninstall both Firefox and CCleaner. Reboot again and download and reinstall both.

    Tell me what happens.

I followed the steps above, thank you for your help. After reboots, uninstalls and reinstalls, neither program will launch. For both, I get the same popup: "The code execution cannot proceed because dgbhelp.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this."

I attach the RogueKiller log for the removals.

You have a few options. Usually reinstalling will fix this issue. Or SFC will. Since neither did, you can try a repair install or a restore. In any event, it is not a malware issue, so you should pursue it in the software forum.

Since you are not having any malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    3. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have re-enabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    4. Now go to the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 or 10 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    5. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    6. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
