info bar and java? & active problems.HELP

earlier i found that i had some viri on my comp,so i got rid of.updated.etc... etc...
and now, i get the information bar popping up on every page i open.
even here, i had to click "allow blocked content", before i could even type
also i visited microsoft updates page and this is what comes up

i have java enabled and enabled the active controls that the information bar help section tells me to have.
and still something's wrong

makes me mad,lol.
any help is greatly appreciated

 

i also dl'd the aboutbuster
scanned twice
rebooted
scanned again
and now, my homepage was set to google.
should have been yahoo(thats what its been for awhile now)

im lost here

The install blocker and pop-up blocker bars you are getting are part of SP2. While they are annoying I leave them on just for added security.
