Info on Dual Technology Co. harware?

    Halo,
    I saved this old Notebook from being salvaged and I can not find much info on the hardware besides tons of adapters or battery related sales. It is a Chinese brand I believe(made in Taiwan) sold in Canada due to the apparatus classification label underneath for Canadian interface-causing equipment reg. blah blah So if anyone is familiar with Dual Technology corporation Notebooks and knows where I might find a manual or a site so I may proceed with my inquiries.

    Think that brand is now out of business as domain is up for sale, some info here but nothing on manuals, are their any model numbers underneath?

    One that maybe searchable is if there is an FCC code?
