infosrv.exe messing with my cpu!

whenever im running an explorer window (IE, my computer...) the infosrv.exe starts acting all crazy and slamming my cpu usage! the file just runs in the backround normally not doing anything wrong until i run an explorer window! i have gone through all the steps on the spyware page! someone help!

i have done this, i cannot get infosrv.exe to stop running in the task manager, not even under safe mode. HJT does nothing as it wont remove a file that cant be stopped!
