    hi can some one help me where to locate the infrared on a Presario 2500 Compaq (laptop). Y im asking is because i have a cell/mobile fone which has infrared on it n apparently so does my laptop. Can someone help me to locate the infrared on the laptop n explain to me how to work the cell/mobile fone to connect to the laptop..im jus having some troubles n i thought this was the good place to actually recieve some advice/help on this subject.

    Infrared on the Presario 2500 series is on a selected set of models and not all of the 2500 series, so you would have to tell us the exact model number as their are over 400 various models numbered 25xx.

    Should be a sticker underneath the laptop or on the screen surround with the model number.
