INI File Help

    I have an ini file that I am making changes to and need to know what the $ means. Can anyone help?

    Can you be any more specific than "an ini file"? ... there isn't any standardised format for ini files, so unless you tell us what program it is we really can't help you. In some cases $ might signify a variable name such as $myvar, but in others it can mean a commented line!

    So we can't help unless you give us more info!
