Injuries you have sustained with a computer!

I'll put mine in first - installing a new 80mm fan just now and cut my finger open under the nail on my cpu cooler - ouch!!
What about you lot?

 

Oh yes, touching capacitators hurts like hell

 

Oh and dozen of cuts (some pretty deep) when ripping out the steel plate of the case where the drives are placed

 

i think the worst thing to happen to me in all my years of messing with computers with have to be my index and middle finger locking up when useing a crapy ibm mouse

 

had my wife of 15 years threaten me with physical harm if i didn't get off the computer, does that count? (It kind of hurt my feelings)

 

My wife claims to be a computer widow too!!!!! Maybe she will stop it once i'm able to bring home the bacon with all this computer crap (as she calls it)!!!! Women....they just don't understand (Some women that is)!!!!

I've cut my fingers, DEEP, before trying to do stuff in some of these generic cases thes days!! And it never fails...it's always in the knuckle, so it takes forever and a day to heal!!!!

pushing out the dam holes on new motherboard rear socket plates,that stuff is as thin as a coke can,why dont they just push the rest of the dam thing through instead of just leaving a template for you to pop through and cut your finger

Then you cant do anything until it stops bleeding,I got so pissed off with my msi one I didnt bother putting it on,I'v just checked it now because I was sure I left blood on it and low and behold.Not a terrible injury but in the words of paul senior from OC choppers "It frustrates the hell outa me"

 

Do dustlungs count as injury? sometimes after opening a case i feel like a mineworker

 

Various cuts and scrapes - one nasty cut from a hard drive enclosure. Once, a spare monitor fell off a shelf and landed on my foot . . . does that count? It didn't work after that (the monitor, that is . . . my foot eventually worked again . . .).
