Hi guys, recently I have been encountering some problem.

Okay, so I have 2 input methods on my Windows XP, English and Chinese(PRC). The problem was, whenever I tried to change my input language from English to Chinese(PRC), the active window crashes, regardless of using hot keys or by clicking on the language bar. The thing is, it seems only Chinese(PRC) is affected cause I tried adding another input language and I can switch to it fine.
Also, sometimes I do get the error "An exception occurred...shell32.dll..input.dll".
    So any ideas, guys?

P/S:I have tried system restore but doesn't work.
