I have a suspicion this is a dumb question if I ever knew the answer I've forgotten it now. How do you insert a program as part of the boot up sequence on Windows 10?

Easiest way is in the Start menu you have a startup folder, or Win+R and type shell:startup & drop a shortcut there.
