Install help

    I am trying to install the Norton Anti -Virus and I get to a section and it says my Active X controls will not allow the page to display properly. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing will make this go away.
    PLEASE HELP.

    It would be helpfull to know your operating system and which version of NAV that you are trying to install! :)

    OS: Windows XP

    ISP: Insight BB


    spyware guard and spyware blaster are installed but I turned both off at once and it still didn't work
