   when I try to install Morrowind I get this message.
   
   The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched.
   No such interface supported
   
   Any ideas on how to solve this problem??
   I am using WinXP
   As always thanks for all your help

   Try this.

   Also try deleteing everything IN (NOT THE WHOLE FOLDER) "C:\windows\temp" folder without quotations.
