install realtek hd audio driver failure !!

first of all I'm so sorry for adding my problem as a new post , I read most of the topics that talk about my problem but the problem still in my pc !

I'm working in windows xp Sp2 , when I'm trying to install the realtek drive I always get the message "install realtek hd audio driver failure "

I do this steps

after I restart my pc every time , the found new hardware wizard appear and it's add the drivers again :s so that I can't install :/

so please what shall I do ?
is their any other way ! I'm cutting my hair now because of this problem :d !

this pc is a desktop , motherboard is " GigaByte 945pl-s3" , the driver was working well then after I tried to update it I got this problem !

in my Asus laptop I've the same Realtek Hd audio drive and it works well !

I've the orginal cd , also I downloaded this , this software but always th same msg !

how ever my pc is differ ..

anyway I'll try to download an install it now again ..

No offence taken at all should have realised you had it in hand, I'm made of tougher stuff than that.

I tied what Mr.major said , but I still have the problem I can't install the drive =( !

is their any other ideas ?

Do you have an unknown PCI device showing in Device Manager? Or is the MS UAA Bus driver showing installed properly, under System Devices? (in Device Manager)

If you have an unknown PCI, that is probably the MS UAA and is not installed properly.
If it is installed, then it could be that Realtek is refusing to install because of previous install folders existing. You will need to uninstall all Realtek audio via Add/Remove Programs, if any exist.
