Installed FireFox, Now IE Slow, can't buy stuff online.

    Installed FireFox, Now IE Slow. Also, I have been getting this message saying "Secure online ordering for store "store name" is disabled". This did not occur until I installed Firefox. Now it does this in IE as well. How do I fix this? The web sites show the SSL Secured (128bit) little icon on the web page, what's the deal pickle? Thanks, in advance.

    I changed the Validation setting for OCSP from "Do not use OCSP for certificate validation" to "Use OCSP to validate all certificates that specify an OCSP service URL" and then I received an error message stating "Error establishing anencrypted connectionto secure."store name".com: Error code -8075.
