Installed new graphics card how to uninstall old?

    Hello so I installed a new graphics card XFX 8600 GT XXX. My old one was xpress 200 so I was wondering how can I install it. The old graphics card was integrated so I thought it would get disabled automatically but I went into cpu-z
    and it doesnt say I have the 8600 installed under graphic interface but in dxdiag it says it is. So just incase I wanna make sure I have the old gfx card uninstalled.
