installed xp and lost some drivers...

Greeting ye who hold the knowledge!

My Emachine (EL1333G – WINDOWS 7) got a virus… so I bought a XP pro disc and installed it on the Emachine.

My problem is that I’m missing a bunch of drivers, including the network card driver so I can’t get on the Internet to upgrade/get the drivers I need.

Is there some way I can download that network driver to my laptop and then put it on my desktop??

Any help tis appreciated

Hi and Welcome to Majorgeeks.

Is there as reson you didnt restore back to Windows 7 on that PC as its likely to have a restore option to factory settings?

You should be able to get all drivers from HERE Install the Chipset first and reboot and install the other drivers,

yes... Win 7 not so friendly to many of my applications and XP easy to LAN with my friends XP machines.
