Installing Adobe Flash Player

Today I went into the BBC's radio site to listen to radio and it said I didn't have Flash installed (this hasn't happened before, and also I thought I did have it installed (I just looked in the recycle file and it isn't in there)).

My computer is a an Acer Aspire 5750, 64 bits, Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1. It has 361GB of free space out of 450GB.

It hs been very slow to start up, but I can't remember how long this has been the case.

I tried to install flash via your site, but it failed. I took a screen print (see attachment).

Any advice?

I've tried bbc radio again and it seems to work fine, however I tried to install flash again and it failed.

 

In your screenshot IE is open but all browsers should be closed when installing Adobe Flash Player
If your browser is open you should get a message telling you "The installer will automatically continue when these conflicting applications are closed" then the browser will be listed but this is not always the case and sometimes it just gives the error message
There might be something else using Flash at the time

If you still have problems try uninstalling Flash Player using this tool then installing a new copy with all browsers closed

Sorry, I missed the 10 minute edit deadline

Click on Save not Run to download Flash Player then close all browsers and try to install Flash Player
