installing driver with no xp logo testing help

    i am trying to install a new driver for a drv cctv card but it will not install i keep getting the following mesage with no option to continue help me please


    the sottware you are installing for this hardware

    SAA7130 capture device

    has not passed windows logo testing to verify its compatibity with windows xp

    this hardware will not be installed contact your system administrator


    (only option is) ok


    i am loged in as a administrator and have tried in safe mode but the drivers are not on the desktop it safe mode

    The administrator desktop will be different from your desktop if you log in under a different profile.
    Quickest way to do it is to move the drivers to a folder on the hard drive for example c:/drivers
    Else you can find the file by exploring in the Documents and Settings folder, and looking for your user profile name there.

    Go to Start, Run and type in sysdm.cpl then OK.

    On the Hardware tab, click Driver Signing, and make sure it's not set on Block.
