Installing MSMQ on XP Home (???)

The idea is to setup MSMQ on an XP home system.

msmq comes with xp pro, server2000 (+), etc.

It does not come with XP home for some reason.


Things ive tried....

manually installing it from a Server2000 disk.

adding it to my add/remove windows components and install it from there (required mkdir c/temp, moving a dll into the windows32/setup folder, and finally a small edit to the syssoc.inf file in windows/inf folder. Then it consisted of simply using the xp/server disks when asked for)

I plan on obtaining a friends XP pro disk and trying the same thing from that. Also will acquire the necessary files from a server 2008 disk and repeat.

Everything ive done so far has come to the same error and I simply cant figure it out.

Im considering just switching to another Operating system that supports it, I would really rather not though. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
