Installing My Program

Hello,

I have successfully built my simple program! I downloaded MS Visual Basic Express at home and used that to make the program.

Took the CD I burned with the files on it to work and started to install

The setup gets on the internet and downloads files during the install.
I'm assuming the files it is downloading is the .net framework. (I don't know this to be a fact)

My question is can I pre-down load this file and burn it to CD to quicken the install. Work computers are on dial-up and its taken almost 2 hrs to install.

It is .NET Framework 2.0 that is downloading and installing.

Can I download the file and burn to CD to Install myself?
If so where can I download the file.

I've searched and keep getting Microsofts Buisness Solution website and can't find the download.
