Installing software problem

    Hi,
    I have installed version 12 of O&O defrag, but after upgrading to V17 I get the following.
    "Connection to local host failed , go to windows service management and start the program".
    Also "TCP port 50300 could be blocked by your firewall".
    And "No connection could be made because target machine actively refused it (10061) ".
    Version 12 was working OK.
    Where is windows service management?.

    Services.msc in the run box on my Windows XP PCs. Should work on Vista or Windows 7 I think...
