Installing software

    Hi,
    I have this software call "WinTV USB2". I been trying to install it on my computer but I keep getting this message saying "You do not have access to make the required system configuration modifications. Please rerun this installation fron an administrators account." The problem is the user account I'm trying to install the software on is an administrators account. Is there anyone out there know a way or two to fix this problem? I'm running on Windows XP Service Pack 2.:(
