installing SSD

    Got system to boot windows7 from SSD, takes 8 sec.
    Wondows experience rates it at 7.9.

    SSD is 120gig, I have a backup image created by windows I want to restore rather than add rebuilt all my apps.

    Tried using repair disk to do so from external usb drive, but windows wont do it.

    Says it cant restore because system disk is excluded (not the case), or external drive was mounted as system drive, not the case either.

    Anyone have any ideas how to resotre my original drive image?
