Installing Windows 7

    Hi all

    I recently borrowed a copy of the Beta version of Windows 7 from a friend to see if it would install before buying the production version. It would not. I am running an Acer Aspire SA90 with 512 MB RAM that came with Vista Home (I went back to XP Pro). I chose a clean install but the install crashed three quarters of the way through. Nny ideas as to why would be appreciated.
