Installing windows

Trying to intall windows on a few PCs. The problem Im having is I have several Hard Drives that I formated with Wipe Drive software and everyone that I formated I cannot boot windows on them well it will shows the screen that tells you to (hit any key to boot from cd) then it will show (inspecting hardware) but the blue sceen never shows up after that. what is wrong? Did the Wipe Drive erase some boot files on the drive? or is there some configuration i missed?

 

Is the computers hardware compatible with the Windows version you are trying to install? Have you tried to install or run an alternative operating system? How are the hard drives installed, what kind of hard drives are they? I've never used Wipe Dive, wipes with what? binary? Wipe Drive doesn't sound like it formats, just makes info on drives unrecoverable. Most manufactures have a program available to check their hard disk drives, a disk came with the few I have purchased, and should be available for download on line. What gives in the BIOS?

 

I have several versions of linux that I have used that do work on the Pcs and the Hard Drives I have are different brands mostly Maxtor but I hav a samsung, a few Western Digitals, A Seagate, and a few Quantums all were Formated with this software I bought call Wipe Drive 5 by White Canyon The computers Im installing the windows on are kinda old they used to have windows 2000 on them.
Is there a way to install windows back on these pcs? They have at least 256mb memory Pt 3 processor let me know asap
