InstallShield problems.

I have this one game, I told somebody I know I'd make screenshots for their blog. But the InstallShield isn't cooperating. It does the "Preparing to Install" thing then just disappears. It's not in the processes list, either.

Things I've tried:
-- Copying installation files to the HDD and running from there
-- Running in compatibility mode for Windows XP & Run as Administrator.
-- Editing the INI file to "SuppressWrongOS=N"
-- Deleting the contents of the Installshield Information folder (or something like that)

No luck with either of them. I had this problem once before on XP but I got it cleared up, but I don't remember how. :-o I think I *might* have reinstalled InstallShield but now I can't find the download.

An update: Found the patches. Didn't work.
