InstallShield Update Manager- error

I am at a standstill on this one... I have InstallShield Update Manager and it controls the updates for these programs:

Roxio Update manager
InstallShield Update Manager
Roxio Creator DE

Yesterday, it updated the "InstallShield Update Manager" to 6.0. Great, I thought... I re-booted, and now my Update Manager is a mess....

Here is the error I get now when I open it:

Once I click that to close, the Update manager Opens with this:

I have gone to their website, and am almost blue in the face trying to figure this out... rolleyes It worked fine before the update, so why all the mess now? Was thinking of maybe even removing it.... If I can't get it back to it's normal state... No, system restore didn't work

I was just wondering, if I am missing something here, or if I can even remove it. It isn't in Add & Remove Programs. The other thing I have noticed, is the 'update 6.0' is in a file. When I click that file, it begins to extract and then stops, and says, "v.6.0 is already installed" then stops... Anybody else have any similar issues with it? Weird, for sure.
