After some sort of virus, which I thought I had cleared, (but I cannot download a new virus program) I am receiving the error message in the screenshot below...Oops: I can't access the directory containing the screenshot......I can no longer download, I can't get to the properties of any directory and apparently I am no longer the Administrator...Can't download files: "Insufficient Permissions" error...Help! I am dead in the water right now! I will really appreciate the help!

No one can help until at minimum you state the version of Windows you are running.

Ok, I found a thread from October and you mentioned Windows 10.
Now you need to post what build of Windows 10 you are running.

if you think the virus is still on your system you can boot into safe mode. look at your user accounts and see what account is the administrator. You can try and adjust NTFS or share permissions on the folders you are trying to access. Just brainstorming some things you can try.
