Insuficent Memory

I use a Canon SCANNER D1250U2F, I recently changed to a HP printer 7660.
Now when I try to use the COPY feature from the scanner toolbox, just before it prints , I get the message INSUFICENT MEMORY.

I downloaded the latest driver for the printer.
I uninstalled the toolbox on the scanner, reinstalled the toolbox from the CANON WEBSITE, this was suggested by the CANON TEHC. THE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE.

windows xp profesional 512meg of ram.
Can some help the WOODWORKER
