For air cooling i don't have an even amount of fan which is better to have higher intake or higher exhaust? i have 3 80 mm fans and 1 120 mm fan

2 of my 80 mm are in front one is on the side
and the 120 mm fan is in the back of the case

you want as much air going out as you have coming in. Dont forget that you have the exhaust fan of your PSU. So youve got 3x80mm intake 120mm exhaust and 80mm exhaust (PSU) so its 240mm intake total and 200mm exhaust. Its not perfect but its not bad either. As long as your temps are OK i wouldnt worry about it, its setup about as optimal as you can have it. You could ditch the 2 intakes on the front and replace it with a single 120mm if it fits

This sounds better than most people. I wouldn't worry about unless you are having heat issues.

Your 80mm fans are blowing air in and the 120mm fan is sucking out yes?

Generally the way you want your fan cooling set up to be is the following:

Fans in front of case - intake
    Rear of case - exhaust
    top - exhaust
    side - intake

You want the air to enter the front, then travel across the motherboard and be sucked out the top and back so it keeps a good flow across your motherboard.

Sucking the hot air out is slightly more important than bringing fresh air in.
Play with some cardboard and stickytape to make ducts to direct cool air where you want it on and more to suck hot air away - it's fun! lol!

lol i use a house fan to keep my temps down too. my mobo is usually about 50C and my cpu is like 27C

I would personally want more exhaust than intake IF i had to take that route because with more exhaust u will technically pull more air in through your intake fans (if a vacuum is created) as well as any other gaps or holes in your system (like between your 5.25 bays)
